Yes. We can pick or drill the old lock open without harming the mailbox door, then install a new cam lock and hand you fresh keys.
We do, but cluster and 4C units belong to the property or HOA, so we'll need authorization from the owner or manager. Once that's confirmed, we replace the compartment lock on site.
